September is when edtech promises usually expire. Timetables change twice. Teachers discover the platform they were trained on in July no longer matches what IT installed in August. Parents ask why last year’s class still appears on the screen.

This autumn, founding schools on 01TEK Campus are past the brochure phase. They are marking absences, opening virtual classrooms when a teacher is out, and testing AI tutoring against the subjects Moroccan students actually sit — not generic playlists filmed for another country’s exam calendar.

What “ongoing” looks like from our side, in practice:

  • Fixing a parent-portal string the same night a director flags that the Arabic is wrong.
  • Sitting through a whitelabel report-card session until the PDF looks like their school, not a generic template.
  • Wiring exam-integrity analytics carefully so trust is earned, not claimed.
  • Running first demos in Arabic when that is how the leadership team thinks.

Why join the founding programme? Early schools shape the defaults: naming, report layouts, language priority, escalation paths. You are not buying a frozen product tour; you are locking in an operating layer while co-design is still the normal way of working.

We will keep writing about the season as it unfolds: what broke, what held, which Moroccan classrooms taught us something the lab never would. If that honesty is what you want in a partner, we should talk — 01tek.ma.
